Pay split:-
DiscoverUnsigned :- £150 from tickets for expenses + 14% of tickets
Door / merch people :- £40
Solo performer/band Act 1:- £15 + 10% of tickets
Solo performer/band Act 2:- £20 + 12% of tickets
London band Act 3 :- £25 + 18% of tickets
London band Act 4 :- £30 + 20% of tickets
London band Act 5 headliner :- £40 & 26% of tickets
£50 to top voted on the night by audience & automatic invite back to the next gig that they are available for at any act position they want.
Each acts get a small bucket for extra tips whilst on stage & selling of their merchandise is absolutely encouraged during the night.
Basically the deal is the more full the venue which we all will try to get to achieve the greater amount of money everybody gets in return from the total door money, plus a much better atmosphere & a much better promotion of your great music. Attending our events & introducing yourself & supporting other acts highly increases your chances of being selected. Once you have applied your details will always remain on file so you might be selected for future dates & contacted to play & the best will also receive radio airplay on our radio station. Our ethos is that if you support us, we support you. We believe in paying the acts that play for us out of the tickets that are sold through the door. So the more that you can arrive early, support all of the other acts, bring lots of people through the door & actively promote the event to & invite all that you know, & leave late, this highly increases your chances of being selected. Please say this when you are applying to really make us notice you, as it really helps the events, the venue & ultimately the amount that you & all of the other acts get paid. We have set out above our pay structure which we believe to be very fair. Payment will take place a day after each event to acts via PayPal from http://www.paypal.me/niceguydave
Similarly, if anyone wishes to pay in advance for a ticket & get their names on the door then advanced tickets will be £8 via http://www.paypal.me/niceguydave - Or if you just wish to make a donation to help fund our mission to help support independent original recording artists get heard & to support grassroots live music venues & to help fund our radio station costs & our efforts in putting on these gigs then please feel free to do so also, we really would appreciate your support. We promise that all of these funds will be set aside directly to support the acts that play at these events.
The way it works is the venue keeps the total bar money & the door ticket money is split between us & the acts. So the more that everybody encourages to come along the better & the more that everyone gets. We guarantee a set amount paid on the night after each performance plus get paid a set percentage of the total door money within 24 hours via PayPal.

To all accepted acts please note that there is a £40 cancellation fee once posters have been printed, this doubles to £80 within 24 hours of gig. This is to cover us for any disruption, & so we can still pay our acts that turn up a decent amount. Thank you for understanding.
All we ask is that we receive 2 copies of your setlist ideally by the night before the gig or at the latest by when you arrive early at the the venue for soundcheck, this is a demand from the venue for their music licence, no setlist could mean no gig it’s that important! Bring as much merchandise as possible too! We would prefer an all original setlist thank you, as that is our ethos.
