The Scene returns to Camden for another night packed with stunning live music. This month, a range of alt rock, alt metal and indie with an acoustic opening.
The Colour Blind Monks
The Colour Blind Monks are a 4 piece band inspired by the 90s alt rock genre, consisting of Phoebe Rose, Alex Cowell, Joe Tynan and Albert Valentine.
Rogue Awakening
Rogue Awakening are a female fronted hard/alternative rock band from Horsham formed in early 2022. Their sound is essentially heavy but melodic’, with crunchy, thick guitar riffs and soaring, clean vocals. Lead singer Kimberley heads up the band with her breathtaking voice and songwriting talents. Her previous band Damn Dirty Humans received great critical acclaim, touring with the Human League, The Start and Monarchy. The band unites lots of different musical backgrounds and tastes from Indie to Death metal. When fused together this creates a melting pot of fast flowing bass riffs, shredding guitars, hammering drums and powerful vocal hooks with a symphonic edge. The band have worked hard with the lyrical crafting of their songs and want the listener’s personal experience to shape the message they take away from them. They have started performing around the south of the UK and are extremely excited about the release of their ‘Feed Me Fire’ E.P in July.

Bryte2 are Ellie Bryant, Trev Bryant and Mark Bryant. Formed in 2019 by singer songwriter brothers Trev and Mark when Trev said he had a couple of new tunes, Bryte 2 have developed a unique sound rooted in the songwriting tradition of the 80’s and 90’s and taking influences from genres as diverse as neo soul, moderN R&B, indie pop and contemporary folk music. Recent addition to the lineup Ellie Bryant brings a new dream pop perspective with her unique vocals.
