The New Flesh Film Club presents…
Johnny Suede (Tom DiCillo, 1991)
Imagine a film starring Brad Pitt as an aspiring rock ‘n’ roller with a gravity-defying quiff and Nick Cave as his obnoxious, flamboyant hero… Also sporting a gravity-defying quiff.
Well, imagine no more, as such a film already exists! That film is called Johnny Suede and we will be showing it at the Sebright Arms on the 18th of March for FREE.
It’s a hilarious and heartfelt comedy about artistic aspiration and romantic frustration that will have you howling with laughter and quoting the deliciously dry dialogue for weeks to come.

Who are The New Flesh Film Club and what do they want?
The New Flesh Film Club has been assembled to screen some of the most mind-bending and unfairly overlooked films of the 80s and 90s… The kind of films that you used catch on late night TV or pick up from the bottom shelf of the local video shop.
Every month at The Sebright Arms.
Long Live the New Flesh!
