Gig Description

TMTWNBBFN formed in 2008, when former Creaming Jesus frontman Andy Heintz and cult comedian Andrew O’Neill combined music hall with punk and metal as the opening act for O’Neill’s Victorian-themed stand up show. The line up was expanded to a full band in time to be adopted by the burgeoning Steampunk scene, before finding fans across the musical spectrum with their unique take on twisted Victoriana, punishing riffs, big choruses and dark humour. Since settling into their current line up in 2010, completed by bass player Marc Burrows and drummer Jez Miller, TMTWNBBFN have released three full albums, as well as assorted EPs and one-off tracks. Their most recent record, Not Your Typical Victorians, was widely acclaimed as their best and most forward-thinking yet. The foursome continue to expand their musical horizons as they gain fans the world over. 2018 will see them celebrate their tenth anniversary with a new album and tour. Both will be punk as fuck. “Thrashingly loud and coruscatingly funny” – The Guardian “Probably the maddest, most original punk band around” – Louder Than War “Fiendishly entertaining… a taste worth acquiring” Terrorizer “One of the best bands in Britain today”- Pure Rawk
